Manny Nsien, MHA, ACHE

Executive Director

Manny began his career working as an Operations Consultant within several Emergency Rooms across the United States. During his time as an Ops. Consultant, Manny acquired extensive experience in EHR system implementation, Operations Management, Managerial Finance, and Continuous Quality Improvement. His primary focus was on improving quality and throughput within the ER and improving patient experience , which led to improved Core Quality Measures, leading to increased Hospital reimbursements. He later began working with Elements Behavioral Health, with the focus on utilizing data analytics to improve payer relations, revenue cycle management, treatment outcomes and the patient experience. He has a key specialty in developing strong teams to execute financial objectives while developing a culture that is highly patient-centric. His passion and goal for the Behavioral Health industry is to reduce the stigma towards treatment and improve patient equity and knowledge on the different modalities of treatment.  
 
When Manny is not at work, he is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). He also enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling to Mexico to visit ancient ruins. He received a B.S. degree in Bio Immunology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from George Washington University.

 

Justin Wolff, LPC-S, LCDC

Clinical Director

Justin Wolff is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with many years of experience in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. As Clinical Director, he draws on his expertise in the fields of both counseling and education to deliver the exceptional programming offered at Ripple Ranch. His treatment philosophy is that everyone can be moved forward. Innovation and creativity are key under Justin’s leadership. In building the clinical program and curriculum at Ripple Ranch, Justin and his team identified key facets a client needs to be successful in the present, as well as long term - post discharge. Amplifying programming around those key thoughts, behaviors and actions has proven very successful. Weaving evidenced based practice (CBT, EMDR, DBT) into all facets of treatment, as a clinician and Clinical Director, he leads our team of counselors in helping clients to challenge, and rewire the negative core beliefs that are holding them back. Drawing on performance psychology practices, trauma informed treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy, each client is met where they are and motivated towards change.

 

Jeffrey Butts, D.O.

Medical Director

Dr. Butts is a Fellow of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. A longtime family physician, he was certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine in 2008. His expertise in both general medical practice and the specialized field of addiction medicine guide him in his role as director of our medical team at Ripple Recovery Ranch. With his leadership, our clients receive the medical support they need to manage a variety of health care concerns while in residence, including management of post-acute withdrawal symptoms and chronic pain issues. As an addiction specialist, he can guide medical treatment options that are supportive of recovery, while avoiding ones that may be problematic to recovery.
