“I can say without any fear of contradiction that the 30 days I spent at Ripple changed my life forever. Everyone there, from the techs, the therapists, the culinary staff, to the owners, took a personal interest in my recovery. The evidence based therapies provided so much more than any other program or treatment for the diseases of addiction than I have ever experienced. God bless them all, each and every one as they continue to help others in their battles against alcoholism and addiction.” ~ L.D.
"Ripple Ranch at Austin saved my life and completely transformed the way I think about recovery and life. Their amazing staff was compassionate and empathetic. They gave me the tools to be grateful, mindful, and sober in all my daily affairs. The medical staff gave me a holistic approach at healing and to this day I haven’t needed any medication. They started me off with a meditation program that I still use to this day to quiet my mind. I would highly recommend Ripple Recovery if you’re seeking long term sobriety.” ~ Marc M.
“When finally giving in to needing professional help, I was skeptical about spending the money, skeptical about in-patient, and really not sure. But one thing I WAS sure of, is that I needed help, so I decided to not put a dollar amount on what my life was worth. The money I spent, was the BEST investment I made in my lifetime…
My result, a complete change in my life and the sober life I had been praying for…The shame that I came in with, I did not take home. I left with freedom to embrace who and what I was, and have hope that I no longer had to be a slave to my addiction. Thank you Ripple. I will pay forward what I have learned and will always hold a special place in my heart for you. ” ~ Gisele, a very Grateful Recovery Alcoholic.
“I just recently returned home from Ripple Ranch at Austin. The experiences I encountered there were certainly more than I expected. We practiced mindfulness there continually, as their program is based on that. We had group meetings throughout the days that were led by 3 different therapists. This involved journaling, discussions of values, core beliefs, goal setting, triggers, urges, and so much more. I also had individual counseling three times a week. Every other day, we conducted our own Smart meetings in which the leader chose an activity from Smart curriculum to present to our group. I chose to lead many of those meetings as the program really spoke to me. We also spent time in yoga, tai chi, meditation, neurofeedback, and much more.
I feel blessed that I found Ripple and was introduced to the model and experience they provided me with there. I have a new lease on life!” ~ Former Client who wishes to remain anonymous
“Finding Ripple Ranch at Austin without a doubt saved my life. I had been to treatment before, but this time I had hit rock bottom in my life. I thought I had no hope. Walking through the doors the first time, I got a sense of peace like I had never felt before. Even though I was very foggy at this time, I knew I was in the right place. As days went by, I began to see clearer little by little. The staff, including every person that works there, have a loving kindness approach towards the clients. The one-on-one therapy is like no other…the yoga therapy, alpha stem, neurofeedback, meditation and all of the other offerings they have sets Ripple ahead of any other treatment center in the nation in my opinion. Of course treatment is only what you make it, but when you stick your hand out for help the staff there grab it and lead you into the light and guide you through recovery…I truly believe that I was guided to Ripple by my higher power. I have another chance, which I did not think I had.” ~ S.S. (Illinois)
